What is the Order Processing Time and Shipping Time？
We usually start processing your order the day after we receive it. The order processing time is 1 business day. If there are any problems with your order, or if we can't dispatch it on time, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery company will normally take 2-5 working days to deliver your order. The exact delivery time will depend on whether your location is remote and whether it's convenient for the courier to deliver quickly. What Are the Carrier Delivery Options and the Estimated Delivery Times?
Joyor chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Joyor. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Average transit time is 2-5 business days. Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost. 4. Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
5. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
