SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You can purchase your items online and have them delivered directly to your door. Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery and managing your order. Shipping is free on all orders. Joyor uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description and total price.

Shopping in the U.S.

Items purchased online from Joyor ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Joyor. Simply shop Joyorscooters.com with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States. We regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states.

Ships Time

The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. The item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Joyor works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

Please note that when you purchase products from our website, shipping is included in the product price. Therefore, you do not have to pay any additional charges for shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME

We usually start processing your order the day after we receive it. The order processing time is 1 business day. If there are any problems with your order, or if we can't dispatch it on time, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery company will normally take 2-5 working days to deliver your order. The exact delivery time will depend on whether your location is remote and whether it's convenient for the courier to deliver quickly. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to follow the logistics online in real time. Examples include UPS, DHL or FedEx. You can track your package at any time and prepare for its arrival.

Delivery Time

Average transit time is 2-5 business days. Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions and holidays affecting parts of our fulfillment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our delivery are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after the expected date despite you ordering before the last order date provided.

Carrier Delivery Options

Joyor chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Joyor. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Free Taxes

All taxes and Customs fees will already be paid. You pay only what you pay at checkout. All taxes are included in the price of all items. The seller has paid all taxes and the customer does not have to pay any additional taxes. Free Taxes for all products and all orders.

Amend Your Order

We package your products very soon after the order is placed which means your order cannot be amended once the status of your order has changed to “order processing”. This includes changing the delivery method, payment method, shipping address, color/quantity of items, or applying a discount.

If you do not accept or sign for the package when it’s delivered to your address, we will ship the package back to one of our warehouses in Rm 108, 1st Floor, 6# Workshop, No.609, Jinxing South St, Qiubin St, Wucheng Dist, Jinhua, Zhejiang, 310000 China.
